Boinks - Science.
Yesterday we got the science box delivered to our classroom. I had chosen the one activity called Boinks, It was a skinny looking thing. When you squeezed it down it will become more fatter and more circular shaped. It made a shape where it looked like a vase, I made a video on explaining how it works and answering some questions on the sheet I had got with the Boink. Here it is:
Trinity Sunday.
Trinity means 3 in 1, What I mean by 3 in 1 is basically like an apple, The father/God is the skin cause he likes to protect us. The flesh is Jesus cause he nourishes us and Lastly the Holy Spirit as the seeds cause the Holy Spirit is planting the fruits of the holy spirit. New Fabulous Blog!
Today for Cybersmart we tried the new blogger, I enjoyed changing my background to my Henry Matisse art. I changed my header to make it more vibrant and nicer, I took 2 screenshots of my old blog, and my new blog I like my new blog better than my old one cause its more vibrant, and it has one of my fav colours purple.

Homophones - Writing.
WALT - Recognise Homophones.
There means: Like for an example. "Put your coat THERE.". Basically like your going somewhere and saying you've been there, Or you can put something there.
Their means: Its someone's like for another example. "That was THEIR toy." Like something belongs to someone.
They're means: Like your talking about some people, for another example: "I hope THEY'RE coming to the party tonight.".

Pentecost - R.E.
Pentecost is the day were all Jesus's disciples recieved the Holy Spirit to be with them. They had got it cause Jesus wanted them to talk and communicate to other people with foreign languages so the disciples can tell them about God and Jesus. The story is:
Jesus's helpers were gathered in a room, all of a sudden they heard some very violent wind in the sky.. They wandered what's it was until they saw on everyone's head was a flame. That meant they got the Holy Spirit. Peter, one of Jesus's helpers told all the ones who didn't believe them that God and Jesus are and always will be. Great.

Torch Challenge.
WALT - What we were learning to do today was to make a closed circuit.
My group found it easy to start the circuit but didn't know where to put the light bulb.
My group found it tricky to find a place to put the light bulb and to make it light up.
Next time we could read a couple instructions on how to make one then we will be ready to make one on our own and research about what we did wrong.
Explanation:
1. What is electricity?: Electricity is something to do about lights. When you turn on a light or off, It's basically electricity that turns it off and on for you. Electricity includes anything to do with lights, phones, devices, some cars and even more!
2. Where does the electricity go in your torch? It's in the torch like a small closed circuit with the light on the front of the torch si when you turn it on and press the button then light directly shines in the front to be brighter.
3. What did you have to make the bulb glow? We needed electrical tape, 6 wires, tinfoil, cardboard and a small light bulb that looked like a light from fairy lights.
