Hana Kōkō Outfit For Santa - Summer Learning Journey Day 6.

Today for our activity we had to read a book and it was about Santa and Christmas, here's the link: Click Here. I liked this activity because we could give Santa his own Summer outfit so he wouldn't get hot in his normal fluffy clothes.

My inspiration for the outfit was the weather because its Summer which means it's really hot nowadays.

What do you and your family do in Summer?

Here is what I created and explained why I choose those certain items:

  1. Mōrena Manvi, this is Elle from the Summer Learning Journey.

Well done on your Hana Kōkō activity! I really like that you’ve used lots of warm colours to represent the hot weather during summer, like reds and yellows. This is a very kiwi outfit for Santa and I think he would love it! Especially for delivering presents - his big red coat might make it hard to stay cool during our summery New Zealand Christmases!

I think it’s awesome that you’ve mentioned why you picked each item and I think you made some great choices. I would definitely like to borrow that surfboard - it has such a cool design!

That is a great question, during summer my family and I like to visit Lake Taupo and go kayaking. What do you and your family do during summer?

Well done Manvi and keep up the great work!

    Ngā mihi,
    Elle (SLJ)

    1. Kia Ora Elle!
Thank you for commenting on my blog.
I also like how it looks like a casual kiwi going for a surf at the beach! Me and family mainly go for walks or go for swims and mainly just hangout outside in the fresh breeze.
