Made up Song Chorus - Summer Learning Journey Day 4.

Today for our activity we had to make up or use inspiration from other songs to make up our own chorus. My inspiration was Louis Armstrong, he made a song called "What A Wonderful World". I like it because it's so positive and it's telling you to not give up.

I liked this activity because it was really fun and you can be creative with what you write. Mine is kind of similar but the song is amazing itself, here's the link of the video of him singing. Click Here!

"Here is what I came up with:

It's a marvellous world.

I'm walking on ground.

Talking about heaven on earth.

I've got more than my share.

Haven't got a care!

Happy today and everyday.

It's a marvellous world!

Loving marvellous you."

Here is a photo of Louis Armstrong!

How are your holidays going now?
I liked how you chose someone else then the Collage people.
I like how you also put a photo of Louis Armstrong.
Maybe next time you can record your voice?

  2. Kia Ora Manvi,

My name is Zana and I am a blog commenter from the Summer Learning Journey.

I love this song especially when he sings it live so I am so happy you linked a video to him singing, I replayed it twice. That is how much I love this song.

I thought your version was great, I like that you used the song and its lyrics as inspiration to create your own version of the song. I like that you created these lyrics to be positive but I would like it if you went into more detail about what your lyrics mean and why you wrote them.

Keep up the great work and I hope to see more of your posts over the summer.

    Ngā mihi nui,
    Zana Yates

I also love the song ever since I hit play to it, I especially love this song just because it's so positive and overall just a good song to listen to if you need motivation! Have you made your own chorus before?
