What does she do: Mary Mackilop helped many people throughout her life she helped charity she even was a teacher and she was the first person to find my school!
How she helps people: She helped people alot she became a saint and helped feed the poor and she also helped charities!

ReplyDeleteMary sounds like a really interesting person. I found some more information about her. She certainly did some many positive things to help people. I wonder if she ever came to Gisborne? I can see she lived in a few places in New Zealand.

ReplyDeleteMary Mackilop was a very selfless person and loved to help others. She also pursued her dreams and achieved many of her goals which as made her into the role model that she is considered as today.
I noticed that you mentioned she helped find your school! Is this why your school is named St. Mary? Mary Mackilop actually set up many schools all around Australia and New Zealand which is so cool - She paved the way for many children today!
